RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Items are returnable/refundable/replaceable if you've received them in a condition that is -
  • Physically damaged
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Defective
  • Materially different from its description on the product detail page on our Platform
  •  

    RETURN GUIDELINES: Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with our Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method. For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).

     

    GENERAL RETURNS POLICY: Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on our Platform. Return will be processed only if:

  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you
  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds. If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.

    Toys    10 Day Replacement only This item is eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.     Health & Safety Products (Lab Coat, Masks, Gloves, Safety Glasses, Face Shields etc.) Non-Returnable This item is non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.     Bags, Backpacks and Other Accessories. 30 Days Replacement/Refund This item is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. You can avail replacement, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. You can also return the product for a full refund. Any luggage products with locks must be returned unlocked. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.     Shoes and Accessories 10 Day Free Returns & Exchange This item is eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. You can exchange this item for a different size/color or return for a full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement.
    Socks and Hosiery Non-Returnable Items like socks/inner-wear/hosiery are non- returnable due to hygiene conditions. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide full refund or replacement if available.
    Clothing & Uniform 10 Days Free Returns & Exchange This item is eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. You can exchange this item for a different size/colour or return for a full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement.
    Clothing & Uniform Add the commensurate return policy. The above indicated return window is only suggestive, and the Client can change the same as per requirements.

     

    REPLACEMENT POLICY: Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) with us are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Item received is physically damaged;
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories;
  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on our Platform; or
  • Item received is defective/does not work properly.

    REFUND POLICY: The refunds pertaining to a product would only be initiated once the original item that was shipped/supplied to the buyer is received by us. The cost of an item once purchased, will not be eligible for set-off against the cost of any other item. The refund time-frame is only suggestive, and the time taken for an actual refund may be later than the indicated date, depending upon the facts and circumstances of each transaction. Following are the refund processing timelines after the item is received by us or the Seller notifies us of the receipt of the return:
